Experience a simple, yet potent, qigong practice and harmonize your qi (inner energy orientation) as we enter maximum yang (summer time). This gentle weekend will include lying down exercises to prepare the body for the dynamics of movements (gyrokinesis) and relating the bones well with gravity to encompass a well calibrated even, easy way to move. We will look into standing alignment and movements that set up the dynamics for a vibrant sitting practice (meditation).
This weekend supports summer vibrancy and giving tools to enter and reset balance in the yin/yang of your body. This practice will give results that can follow you into your life and directly translate into your Gyrotonic/yoga/meditation, hiking practice. This will help keep you tuned through the summer months!
