The practice eyes…

May clarity come forward as the darkness fades and descends

May my perception not get caught up in dead things

My request is to bring forth the dynamic spark- and when it fades to remember it’s always close by and holding me without efforts

And I request to obtain the courage to follow and open and loose the grab of life and to live brightly and precisely.
