Experience the freedom and joy of self-expression through a gentle and fun process. Motion Theater is a form of improvised autobiographical storytelling that is grounded in a lively physicality. This class will give you the tools to translate your inner life and stories into art, and offers the opportunity to express ourselves freely in a safe and supportive environment. This session will include relaxation, meditation, movement, vocalizing, storytelling, and theater games. Expect to surprise yourself, and perhaps even leave with a greater sense of vitality and wellbeing .

Sifu Dale 1 Day Qigong Workshop

Sifu Dale is a Qi Gong and martial arts master of unimaginable attainment. Through his sincere long-term practice he has developed truly remarkable levels of Qi, love, wisdom and common sense. This is a very rare and important opporutnity to learn with a real master.

If you have previously studied Qi Gong and/or martial arts and espically if you have worked with Bruce Jumar Frantzis, Min Tong Gu, LiPing Zhu, Fong Ha, or have practiced Asian bodywork and medical Qi Gong, Sifu Dale's work will inspire you.
